Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose This policy outlines the standards, expectations, and procedures for participating in our online masterclasses to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for all attendees. 2. Participation Requirements - Registration: All participants must register in advance using their real name and valid contact details - Technology & Environment: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to a safe, quiet space where you can fully engage and express yourself. - We are not liable for internet disruptions, device malfunctions, or other technical issues on the participant’s side. - Punctuality: Join the session at least 5 minutes early to allow for technical checks. 3. Code of Conduct - Respect: Treat all participants, facilitators, and guest speakers with courtesy. - Communication: Use professional and respectful language in both verbal and written interactions. - Engagement: Actively participate in discussions, activities, and Q&A sessions. - Confidentiality: Do not share personal information or private discussions outside the session. 4. Payment, Refunds & Transfers - Deposit: All deposits are non-refundable. - Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable but may be: *Rescheduled for the next Transformative Space event if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. *Transferred to another participant with written consent and full recipient details provided. - Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date. - Late Payments: Failure to complete payment by the deadline may result in ticket cancellation without refund. 5. Recording & Intellectual Property - Sessions may be recorded for educational purposes; participants will be notified in advance. - All materials, presentations, and recordings remain the intellectual property of the organiser and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. 6. Privacy & Safeguarding - Do not share meeting links or passwords with unregistered individuals. - Avoid displaying sensitive personal information on screen. - For sessions involving minors, a responsible adult must be present or accessible. 7. Technical Etiquette - Keep microphones muted when not speaking to reduce background noise. - Use the “raise hand” or chat function to contribute without interrupting. - Ensure your display name matches your registration name.
